Useful information
Here are some info to enjoy your sat at the Agnello D’Oro:
• The main entrance is located in Via Mazzini, which is a pedestrian area. If you get here by car, you can use the other entrance, at Via Piorta 8.
• We pay attention to the environment and to energy savings. Apart from the smart home system, which helps us adjust the temperature and switches off the lights automatically once you exit a room, we are really committed to waste sorting, and have equipped the units with special containers for this purpose. Thank you for your cooperation!
• It is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the apartments. There is a relaxation area with living room in the courtyard for this purpose.
• Cancellation policy: If you cancel your stay up to 3 days before your arrival, you won’t be charged any fee. However, in high season periods and during the main fairs, free cancellation can be done only up to 7 days prior to your arrival.
• Check-in: from 2 PM to 7:30 PM
Check-out: before 10:30 AM
Please notify any arrivals outside the hours specified. We will send you instructions on how to access the facility independently and on how to check in online.
• We are available for whatever you might need. Our reception is open from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and we are available by phone and via WhatsApp at the numbers specified below.
