The classy Residenza Agnello D’oro houses thirty roomy apartments spread over four floors, each one characterized by a different colour. Modern, fully equipped and furnished with taste, they will make your stay truly special.
Types
We have two types of accommodations, choose your favourite one:
x4 Two-room Apartment: it can host up to four people, and it includes one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a kitchen with living room and sofa bed.
x5 Three-Room Apartment: it can host up to five people, and it includes a double bedroom, a single bedroom, one bathroom with shower, and a kitchen-living room with sofa bed.

Technology in the service of comfort
We adopted a smart home technology to make your stay even more comfortable and safe, and to offer you greater independence in accessing the facility.Once you have checked-in, we will give you a swipe card to access the building independently, including your apartment, the garages and the common areas.
Furthermore, the smart home system regulates the heating, air-conditioning and lighting system, with positive effects also on energy savings.
Amenities and environments
The apartments include one indoor car space with 24/7 videosurveillance that can be accessed through an elevator using the swipe card. There is also a charging station for e-vehicles and a bike garage.
By paying a small extra, you will also have access to the laundry room, shared with other guests, where you will find a washer, drier and everything you need for cleaning (detergent, ironing board and iron).
If you want to relax outside, there is a patio with living room in the building’s courtyard. And this is also ideal for smokers, since smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
